The music ministry wishes God's blessings for you and your family at Christmas and in the new year! Many thanks to everyone who will be singing and accompanying in the choir at the Christmas masses, especially accompanists Hunmin Kim (keyboard), her sons Brian and Alex (violin), and Agnes Lee (keyboard), as well as solo vocalists Pat Kozyra, Oliver Wong and Lea Faigmani. Please join us in singing, and help us fill the church with joyful music!
We will now recess for the Christmas break and resume with the next Hospitality table offering on Sunday 22 January (Grade 1 Class, Teacher Mr Abdullah). More details in the new year. Questions? On Sunday Oct. 30 at 2pm sharp, the St. Anne's Filipino Community Group will be hosting the Living Rosary. All parishioners, including children, are invited to please join in praying the rosary, flower offering, and the crowning of our Blessed Mother Mary.

St. Anne's Parishioners are invited to come together in friendship at our next Hospitality date of Sunday 30 October at the conclusion of 8.45am Mass. This date will be hosted by CCD Grade 2/First Holy Communion classes. Parents of children in these classes please refer to class emails for more information on how to support and contribute.

The FHC Parents' meeting is now at 10 am, 30 Oct, in the Parish Hall. This meeting is mandatory.If you have a child who will receive their First Holy Communion this year, please arrange your schedule such that one parent will be present during this session. This year's theme of the campaign is 'Love in the Service of Hope' and you can support it by purchasing some Raffle Tickets from our volunteers or the Parish Office. Each ticket only costs $20, and if we all just buy a few of them, many will be helped.
October is the month of the Holy Rosary and this entire month is dedicated to the Rosary. The St. Anne's Filipino Community Group will again host the Living Rosary on October 30th 2016 at exactly 2:00 PM.The assembly time is 1:30 pm. We want to invite all parishioners, including children, to please join us in praying the rosary, flower offering, and the crowning of our Blessed Mother Mary. We will be making prayer petitions for peace and unity for the whole world. If your child/ren want to join in this activity and dress like an angel, please let us know in advance so that we can provide appropriate attire for them and simple gift as a remembrance for their participation.

We wish to invite parishioners to join the Hospitality Ministry supporting CCD teachers coordinating the snack table on Sundays 9-10am bi-monthly from October to April. Ministry volunteers offer help on a rota basis helping only approximately four Sunday's throughout the entire year. Families from each CCD class are asked to supply baked or bought goods once a year. The Hospitality Ministry assists parents from each class with table set-up, tea/coffee/lemonade and clean-up. This coming Tuesday, September 20th, Pope Francis will preside over an Interreligious Prayer Meeting in Assisi, Italy.
His Holiness joins in prayer for world peace with senior representatives of the world's religions.
In response to an appeal by Pope Francis, Cardinal Tong asks the faithful of Hong Kong to join hearts and spirits with these religious leaders and to also pray for peace this Tuesday both in our parishes and in our homes.

Would you like to deepen your faith and experience the love of God? The Walk to Emmaus retreat, which many from St Anne's have been on, will be held again in October. Coming onto its 20th anniversary, this unique ecumenical retreat has blessed many. The women's retreat is from October 13th - 16th, and the men's retreat is from October 20th – 23rd.
